Our housing market will remain a seller’s market until something can be done to make home production exceed the family growth rate. How many pots have dead plants in them? Does your mailbox look “Post”-apocalyptic? Now is a good time to tweak the little things.
- Perform routing maintenance and upkeep tasks such as cleaning gutters, washing windows and walls, pressure washing your drive, cleaning vents, heat pump, and maybe add a fresh coat of paint to the car port. How many bulbs are burnt out, and of the ones that work, how many colours are there? When was your water heater last checked?
- A carport is an easy and inexpensive amenity to add to your property. They can be attached or detached structures designed to match your current home or be a modern accent. Our cars and utes are not cheap. Protecting them is protecting an investment and an important tool for our family.
- A carport is easily converted for sporting events, BBQ, or long weekend parties and provides UV or precipitation protection as you celebrate.
- Sheds and small barns are also easy to have erected on your property or do yourself, and some are available in all sizes and styles. They will give you a place to protect and disguise all your lawn and gardening tools or machines. Mountain bikes, kayaks, and other seasonal gear can be hidden as well.
- You could use a shed as a storage room and free up space in your home for a more comfortable environment, and a neat home is better viewing for potential buyers.
- I think a fully insulated and air-conditioned shed would be a quiet location to perform video editing uninterrupted.
